1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the takbet platform and its users. By starting to use the service through the takbet website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these conditions.

These terms have been written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, takbet's interpretation shall be considered final.

takbet's services are provided for personal and non-commercial use only. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, collecting data, or using the service through automated means is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on takbet, users must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Each person may hold only one account — operating multiple accounts is considered a breach of these terms and all accounts may be closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, takbet reserves the right to verify identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using an unfamiliar device. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All takbet services — betting, casino games, claiming bonuses, and any financial transactions — are available to persons aged 21 and over only. Providing false information about age during account registration will result in the account being cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Protecting minors from gambling is one of takbet's primary responsibilities. If there is suspicion that a minor is using an account, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Our Responsible Gaming guidelines include detailed advice on protecting minors.

This service is intended for persons residing in Bangladesh. Accessing the service from regions where online gaming or betting is prohibited is the user's own responsibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on takbet is ৳500. The following payment methods are available for deposits:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks)

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit from another person's account will be rejected and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. The same payment methods apply for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if identity verification or a security check is required.

Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for the deposit or one that is registered on the account. Cryptocurrency transactions are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

takbet offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500).

This bonus is not free money; it is a conditional incentive. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions, which will be stated in detail on the promotions page.
• Claiming a bonus on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• Returns from bets placed using bonus balance count towards wagering.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be considered void.
• takbet reserves the right to cancel any account where fraudulent behaviour in relation to a promotion is detected.

5.3 VIP Cashback

takbet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity and transaction history on the platform. Specific turnover figures are not disclosed; takbet's decision on tier placement is final.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless takbet has enabled a cash-out option for a specific event. It is the user's responsibility to read the odds and conditions carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

takbet reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error or clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded, but any winnings claim will not be accepted.

6.3 Match Fixing and Irregular Betting

Placing bets based on information that suggests prior knowledge of an event's outcome, and participating in activities related to match fixing, are strictly prohibited. takbet's analytical systems are capable of detecting irregular betting patterns, and suspicious accounts may be investigated and closed.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game is governed by its own rules, which are stated in detail within the game interface. If a connection is lost during a game, the result recorded on takbet's server will be considered final.

7 Permitted and Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takbet platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the system or software.
• Misleading or defrauding other users.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intention of circumventing bonus conditions.
• Using the service to finance terrorism or illegal activities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 takbet's Rights

If evidence of a breach of terms is found, suspicious financial activity is detected, or for security reasons, takbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they must contact the support team. Any valid balance will be returned before the account is closed; however, bonuses with pending wagering requirements will be considered void.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a user is having difficulty controlling their gambling, they may request to exclude themselves from the service for a set period or permanently. For details on this process, see the Responsible Gaming page.

9 Limitation of Liability

takbet is not responsible under any circumstances for financial losses arising from a user's betting or gaming. All bets and games are conducted at the user's own decision and risk.

takbet will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, server outages, third-party service failures, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

The user acknowledges that online betting and gaming are entirely voluntary and that they are using this platform with full awareness and consent. takbet does not promise guaranteed winnings.

10 Changes to Terms

takbet reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.

Continuing to use the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
